As some of you may know, once a month DSHH (Deaf Social Happy Hour) hosts a Deaf event. These events are usually in bars in or around Manchester. Last year there was a social at the Sea Ketch in Hampton Beach and there was around 120 people there!

This is a great relaxed event for people who are learning ASL and want to get out and practice what they are learning. Hope to see you there!

Michelle has been learning ASL for 11+ years. She went to Bristol Community College and graduated with her Associates in Deaf Studies. She then moved to NH and enrolled in the Sign Language Interpreting Program at the University of New Hampshire at Manchester and graduated with her Bachelors in Communications.
